This particular Water Utility has very aggressive water. They have used steel pipes in the past but have to continually combat the persistent corrosion problems associated with the aggressive water and steel pipes.
Corrosion is a serious and costly problem. Because of it long life expectancy, Boreline Flexible Drop Pipe was specified for the project resulting in the prevention of any further failures with the drop pipe due to corrosion or on internal scaling.
It also allowed for the project to be completed quickly and safely.
