Product advantages and features

Boreline Hoses are Safe

With Boreline you can install your pump vertically, horizontally or with the Boreline Pump Puller. Either way, it will always be safer, easier and quicker because Boreline is lighter than steel and is available in one, continuous length.

Boreline Hoses are Approved

Boreline Flexible Drop Pipe is sold around the world to Water Utilities and Water companies. Boreline is NSF61 approved for use with Potable Water and has other approvals for the international markets. Boreline is manufactured by an ISO9000 rated company.

Boreline Hoses are Efficient

Boreline Flexible Drop Pipe is a higher-performance layflat type hose manufactured with high tenacity polyester fibers. A “firehose on steroids” we like to call it! Due to its flexibility, any internal scaling that sticks to rigid column pipe does not stick to Boreline. The result is a highly efficient pump column that is performing at the initial pump design from day one for the life of the well. There is no drop in performance of the Boreline because any internal build-up simply breaks off and the result is a pump column performing as it is designed and expected to perform, from day one.

Boreline Hose have a Long Life Cycle

We have been manufacturing Boreline Flexible Drop Pipe since 1990. This product does not corrode or scale internally. We offer 50 Year Warranty while Life Expectancy is in excess of 100 years.

FEATURED INSTALLATIONS

Dear Mr. Johnson; My name is Gary Saiter and I serve as the Chairman of the Board and the General Manager of the Wenden Domestic Water Improvement District. We are a small system serving the town of Wenden with about 225 hook ups. We are also a ground water system with two active wells. While the wells are both 1,400 feet deep, our pump is located approximately 530 feet down. Over the past several years we have had problems with our down pipes. They were galvanized, rusting and causing reductions in our ability to pump an adequate amount of water,…

A unique pumping project was implemented at the Sunshine Mine, where a 75 hp submersible pump needed to be suspended in a shaft, 3000 feet below the surface. After researching Boreline Hose applications, we chose their product to suspend a total of 9,000 lbs of weight on 5 inch Boreline, 600 feet below water to pump a shaft. The engineering staff at Hose Solutions worked closely with us on the hose and fitting specification, which gave us the assurance that this application was a sure fit for us. The installation of the pump, hose, electrical cable and suspension took only…

Brian Higdem, Maintenance Electrical Manager

I started using Boreline in the year 2000 because the water in this area is very corrosive and I was changing out steel column pipe every three years. This replacing the corroded pipe was putting a big strain on our budgets and also the cost of pulling and setting the pump. Now if we ever have a problem with the pump or motor we are capable of pulling and setting the pump and motor ourselves. I would recommend Boreline to anyone. Believe me, you will save thousands of dollars in maintenance every year.
